DashKeep Waitlist Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By joining the DashKeep waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not join or use the waitlist.

2. Waitlist Entry

You may join the DashKeep waitlist in one of two ways:

• 2.1 Free Entry: You may join the standard waitlist at no cost.
• 2.2 Premium Entry: You may join the premium waitlist by making a one-time pledge payment of $1 USD (or equivalent in your currency). Premium members will receive invitations in priority order.
• 2.3 One Entry Per Customer: Only one waitlist entry per customer is permitted. Duplicate entries will be merged or removed at our discretion.

3. Pre-Release Product

• 3.1 No Feature Guarantees: DashKeep is a pre-release product. We make no guarantees regarding the inclusion, exclusion, or final form of any features described during the waitlist period.
• 3.2 Good Faith Statements: All statements regarding planned features, timeline, and product capabilities are made in good faith and are presumed accurate based on our current plans at the time of writing. Plans may change without notice.
• 3.3 No Liability: You acknowledge that features, functionality, and release dates may change. DashKeep shall not be liable for any changes to, delays in, or cancellation of planned features.

4. Licencing and Discount Terms

• 4.1 One Discount Per Customer: Each customer is entitled to a maximum of one discount code or promotional offer. Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers.
• 4.2 One Licence Per Camera: Upon invitation and purchase, each customer may activate only one licence per camera unit. Multiple licences require separate purchases for each additional camera.

5. Refund Policy

• 5.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds of waitlist pledge payments are available only by written request and are made entirely at the discretion of DashKeep.
• 5.2 Waiting Period: Refund requests will only be considered after you have been on the waitlist for a minimum of 12 months. This waiting period allows DashKeep adequate opportunity to deliver your invitation.
• 5.3 Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us in writing. DashKeep will review your request and respond within 30 days.

6. Acceptance of Product Terms

• 6.1 Invitation Acceptance: Upon accepting an invitation to use DashKeep, you agree to accept and be bound by DashKeep's product Terms of Service in addition to these waitlist terms.
• 6.2 Separate Terms: The product Terms of Service will be provided at the time of invitation and will supersede these waitlist terms for use of the actual product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and materials associated with DashKeep and its waitlist, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, remain the exclusive property of DashKeep and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• 8.1 Use automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the waitlist.
• 8.2 Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code or architecture of DashKeep.
• 8.3 Use the waitlist for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• 8.4 Harass, abuse, or threaten DashKeep staff or other users.
• 8.5 Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashKeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or participation in the waitlist, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DashKeep provides the waitlist on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Privacy

Your use of the waitlist is subject to DashKeep's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

DashKeep reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the waitlist following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination

DashKeep reserves the right to remove you from the waitlist at its discretion, including for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason deemed appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, excluding any conflict of law principles.
